We work with you to design a comprehensive nutrition and exercise program that fits into your busy lifestyle.  No matter what your goal, we can help you achieve it! De-stress, detox and get back into bikini shape.

Cardio Endurance
This fun focus on cardio endurance combines traditional and current technique to support a healthy lifestyle. Truly get into shape with cardio! Includes warm-up and cool-down to maximize results. Indoor or outdoor weather permitting.

Cross Training
Combine cardio and strength training for a complete balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit. Cross training uses selected equipment to achieve outstanding results. Includes weights, bikes, step, balls, and bands. Beginners welcome.

It's Gyrotonics. This system works on lengthening and strengthening like no other.  Once you try it you'll be hooked too.  We have one of the few Gyrotonic towers in the hamptons.  Starting in 2017, look for our athlete specific Gyrotonic Sessions

Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. All levels are welcome. Pilates support whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance through the use of the reformer, cadillac, stability chair and barrels. We use the modern Stott Pilates method.

Strength Training
Get stronger today. Great counterpart to individual strength training. Improves flexibility and circulation. Variety of methods is used to support healthy muscle development.  

Gyrokinesis                                                                                                                                                                                     Developed as "yoga for dancers', this system on fluid moment with breathing works the entire core through circular spinal movements.  Strengthens the spine and improves posture, flexibility and coordination.
